Hundreds of local residents came to watch the first block of flats in Sherwood being demolished marking the start of the regeneration of the area.
Greg thanked everyone, on behalf of the whole community, that has helped make this project happen, in particular Town & Country Housing Group. He also paid a special tribute to former County Councillor Kevin Lynes for everything that he did for Sherwood.

Greg said:
"Sherwood has always been a strong community – this regeneration project will, hopefully, make it even better."
£35million is being invested into Sherwood creating around 250 new homes.
