Greg successfully secured an adjournment debate today to call on the Government to speed up the introduction of flexible ticketing - describing the current fares system as an "anachronism" that needs to be changed for the 21st century. 

Greg has welcomed a decision by Highways England to bring forward by five years comprehensive plans to upgrade safety along the route following a meeting between MPs and the Roads Minister in June in which the case was made to advance the works.
