Today Greg met with the team from Kent Highways who are responsible for the roadworks along Pembury Road for a weekly update.

Greg visited the newly refurbished AXA offices at International House on Forest Road along with local councillors Nick Pope and Siobhan O'Connell.

Monday 24th July, saw the start of the 6-week road closure to the Pembury Road for essential gas works. 

This week saw the closure of Pembury Road for essential gas works which will be ongoing for 6 weeks. Greg provides an update following his meetings with the highways team during the week. 

Greg recently wrote to Southeastern regarding their ongoing ticket office closure consultation.

Greg recently took part in a tree planning ceremony with Tunbridge Wells Sea Cadets in memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Having seen the pressure on pharmacies in his constituency - like Numark Pharmacy in Hawkhurst - Greg asked the Secretary of State what support is on offer from the Government to pharmacies across the country.

Last week, Greg met with David Black Chief Executive of Ofwat, the national water regulator, to discuss the performance of South East Water and the resilience of its infrastructure.

Greg enjoyed meeting the staff and children at Pembury Primary School recently.

After being shown around by three children from years 5 and 6, Greg spoke to students about the campaign for universal free school meals and opened the floor to a Q and A regarding the campaign.

Greg recently received a correspondence from Sir Jonathan Michael, Chair of the Fuller Inquiry, providing an update on the case. As seen above.
