Greg visits Operation Christmas Child

Greg and the Mayor of Tunbridge Wells, Julia Soyke, joined volunteers of Operation Christmas Child as they sort thousands of wrapped shoeboxes containing presents. The 30,000 shoeboxes are sent to children living in Eastern Europe, central Asia and Africa.

Greg visits Alzheimer's Society Day Centre

Greg met with the Chief Executive of the Alzheimer's Society, Jeremy Hughes, during a visit to their local day support service at Hazeldene House in Pembury.

During the visit, Greg also chatted to people with dementia and their carers.

Greg visits the Clarke Tinwhistle company

Greg enjoyed visiting one of the oldest manufacturing companies in Kent which has been producing tinwhistles since 1843 – around the time Charles Dickens wrote 'A Christmas Carol'.

Greg on local farm visit

Greg met with local members of the National Farmers Union to discuss current issues affecting their businesses.

The meeting took place on a free range egg farm near Bedgebury, Fridays Ltd, which is one of the three biggest egg producers and packers in the country.
