For National Apprenticeship Week Greg visited six businesses and Tunbridge Wells Hospital to talk to their apprentices, including; Muffett Gears, One Warwick Park Hotel, Arriva, Baxall Construction, GingerMay and AXA PPP in order to learn more about their experiences and help promote apprenticeships.
Speaking after the event, Greg said: "There is a huge range of opportunities available in our area. I met 14 apprentices aged from 16 to 62, graduates as well as school leavers during my tour of local businesses in National Apprenticeship Week. There remains a misperception that apprenticeships are for school leavers, where as the reality is that it is a paid route to further professional qualifications at every level."
