Greg has submitted his comments on to the Public Consultation on Tunbridge Wells Borough Council’s Revised Development Strategy to the Tunbridge Wells Submission Local Plan.

In his submission, Greg expresses concern that - despite a long delay since the comments of the Planning Inspector were received – steps have not been taken to meet the required housing supply, meaning that a new call for sites will be required, plunging into uncertainty communities across the Borough. He is also concerned about the deletion of new infrastructure such as new sporting facilities. He reiterates his view that infrastructure should be required in return for any expansion: his ‘I before e’ principle.
