Greg visits Mascalls Academy

Greg enjoyed meeting a group of A level politics students on a visit to Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood. They had a lively Q&A sessions covering a wide range of topics from international politics through to local issues.  Before meeting the students, the principal of the Academy, Will Monk, took Greg on a short tour of the school.

Backing young people

I believe that every young person should be able to get a good place in a good school, get an apprenticeship, job, or a place at university and get onto the housing ladder locally. I am working with local schools and employers to improve the chances of young people with special educational needs to gain work experience.

Memory cafe launch in Pembury

Greg was delighted to attend the launch of Pembury's new memory cafe at the Baptist Church recently. The cafe is specifically for those living with dementia, strokes and acquired brain injuries.
