Following a strong campaign, Greg welcomed Southeastern's introduction of Delay Repay 15 today. The new compensation scheme allows rail passengers to claim compensation when their train is delayed by quarter of an hour, as opposed to the previous threshold of half an hour.
Greg said: "I have campaigned hard for the introduction of Delay Repay 15 and its introduction today is very welcome. I am also pleased that Southeastern have simplified their website to make it easier for customers to claim. However, it is still most important that the trains run on time!"
