Following Greg's successful campaign, flexible tickets were finally introduced on the rail network on Monday 21 June for use on the 28 June.

These new tickets will result in considerable savings for anyone travelling roughly 2 days a week over a one month period. They also have the added advantage they they do not need to be used on set days.

However, Greg has used his column in the Times of Tunbridge Wells to push for further changes to the system, including make it more cost-effective to travel 3 days a week and for contactless card payments to be used on the rail network, as they are on the London underground.
